If you advertise with Quilts Galore and More (hereinafter referred to as "QGM"), you are agreeing to abide by our Terms & Conditions. Effective the moment your ad is active on our site. You must be 18 to agree to these terms.

QGM acting as an Advertising Platform.
QGM provides the service of consumers finding vendors and vendors attracting consumers. We are a vehicle for transactions. QGM advertisers vendors for the sole purpose of promoting their stores. QGM will not be responsible for transactions between consumers and advertisers on our site.

QGM controls the appearance of the site as well as how each ad will appear on our pages. QGM reserves the right to change or alter the appearance of the site without notice to advertisers. Any changes or alterations will only be in the best interest of improving the sites overall appearance. All ads will be consistent to keep the pages clean and easy to navigate.

Right to Refuse Service:
QGM reserves the right, in our sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse an advertiser at time of the order being processed, if your store is not accepted, you will receive a full refund. We will not accept any inappropriate shops. If you store changes its content to reflect inappropriate or distasteful items during your advertising period, we reserve the right to cancel your ad with no refund of money.

Payment:
Our goal is to offer advertising at an unbelieveably affordable rate. All advertising fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another shop. We offer flat rate advertising space. You will be able to update your ad once a month. We may contact your more frequently if we see a need to make updates.

Shop Policies:
All vendors write their own shop policies and QGM is not responsible for their policies. Policies include: Shipping terms, returns, refunds, exchanges, payments and custom orders. Please consult individual shop policies before making a purchase—contact the vendor if there is any confusion. QGM reserves the right to ask an advertiser to modify the content of their policy if there appears to be an inconsistency or concern. Advertisers are responsible to abide by their own policies and promises.

Binding Sales:
Advertisers are required to ship the item in the manner of time agreed upon and buyers are required to pay for the item(s) in their cart. If they are not paid for, the items remain in the advertiser's inventory for purchase. items in your cart do not count as a SALE until they have been paid for. QGM retains the right to get involved in trying to resolve a dispute or not. QGM is in no way obligated to resolve a dispute. In keeping with the theme of professionalism and integrity of this marketplace, disputes will be handled quickly and professionally. Any off site issue on blogs, forums, other marketplaces, etc. will not be brought into All Things Handmade Marketplace and should be dealt with privately.

QGM is home to many advertisers that use QGM to drive clients/traffic to their own, personal web shops for purchases. Please be advised that when you leave QGM to make a purchase off site, you are bound to that parties policies and payment arrangements. QGM is not responsible for off-site purchasing in any way, shape or form.

Quilts Galore and More will not tolerate:

Lying-false advertising—misleading information—misrepresenting
Infringing upon any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark (this means Sanrio, Disney or other licensed items)
Violating this Agreement
If you are a Food Vendor—you must comply with appropriate regulations: Buyers be well informed before purchasing! All Things Handmade Marketplace website does screen its advertisers but we will not be responsible for enforcing food regulations.
Harassment
Sexually perverted/graphic, offensive material/images, religious defamation
Hosting images not part of a listing
Using photos, images or the logo belonging to All Things Handmade Marketplace without asking permission.
Catty or unprofessional disputes. It is not the job or responsibility of All Things Handmade Marketplace to police the art community.
Harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

Privacy
Any conversation you have with a representative or administrator of QGM is private and protected. Any publication of a private email or conversation without written approval will be reviewed and dealt with.

Private conversations between vendors and buyers and vice versa are private and will not be discussed or published. Violation of privacy will not be tolerated.

In the same manner, QGM will not disclose your private information with a third party or to other vendors or buyers. During a dispute or conversation, circumstances may require an exchange of information but those issues will be handled on a case by case basis. QGM will not publish or discuss a private issue with anyone but the parties involved.

No Guarantee
QGM cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Site or the operation of site features. These may occur due to outside influences and are beyond QGM's control. QGM reserves the right to close the site down for emergency, technical maintenance if needed. Scheduled outages will have the proper notifications.

No Agency
You and QGM are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Amendment
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted. Additionally, we will notify you of any changes.
